Job Summary:
The Founder's Office Executive will work closely with the Founder and leadership team to support business operations, strategic initiatives, coordination between departments, project execution, reporting, and business growth activities. The role requires strong communication, problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:Business Coordination
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth execution of tasks and projects.
- Follow up on pending actions and ensure timely completion.
- Act as a bridge between the Founder and internal teams.
Reporting & MIS
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Track key business metrics and operational performance.
- Maintain records, presentations, and management dashboards.
Project Management
- Assist in planning and executing business projects and expansion activities.
- Monitor project timelines and deliverables.
- Ensure tasks are completed as per agreed deadlines.
Strategic Support
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Assist in identifying new business opportunities.
- Support the Founder in strategic planning and decision-making.
Meetings & Communication
- Schedule meetings and maintain meeting records.
- Prepare MOMs (Minutes of Meeting) and track action items.
- Coordinate with external stakeholders, vendors, and partners when required.
Operations Support
- Assist in streamlining processes and improving efficiency.
- Monitor compliance with company policies and operational standards.
- Support special assignments as directed by the Founder.
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong MS Excel, Google Sheets, and PowerPoint knowledge
- Analytical and problem-solving ability

Educational Qualification:
- MBA / BBA / Graduate in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
Experience:
- 0–3 years for Executive Role
- Freshers with strong communication and analytical skills may also apply.

Salary:
As per company standards and candidate experience.
Pay: ₹10,472.66 - ₹40,000.00 per month
