Job Summary
The District Coordinator / District Manager is responsible for managing district-level operations, achieving business targets, building strong relationships with stakeholders, and ensuring smooth execution of company programs and activities. The role requires effective team management, planning, reporting, and coordination to achieve organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all district-level operations and ensure timely execution of company activities.
- Develop and implement district business plans to achieve monthly and annual targets.
- Recruit, train, guide, and monitor district staff and field teams.
- Build and maintain relationships with government departments, institutions, partners, and local stakeholders.
- Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching and support.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and quality standards.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports to the Regional Manager.
- Conduct field visits, inspections, and performance reviews.
- Identify business opportunities and support expansion within the district.
- Resolve operational issues and customer complaints promptly.
- Organize meetings, awareness programs, training sessions, and promotional activities.
- Maintain accurate records, documentation, and MIS reports.
- Coordinate with cross-functional departments for smooth project implementation.

Experience
- 2–7 years of experience in district operations, business development, project management, or team management.
- Experience in handling field teams is preferred.

Working Hours
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
