Job Description
Mind Meadow is hiring a qualified and compassionate Speech Therapist to assess, diagnose, and provide therapy services for children with speech, language, communication, and swallowing difficulties. The candidate should be passionate about child development and capable of working in a multidisciplinary setup.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct speech and language assessments for children.
- Develop individualized therapy plans based on client needs.
- Provide one-on-one speech therapy sessions.
- Work with children with ASD, ADHD, developmental delays, articulation issues, stammering, etc.
- Guide and counsel parents regarding home strategies and progress.
- Maintain therapy notes, reports, and progress documentation.
- Coordinate with psychologists, occupational therapists, and special educators.
- Participate in case discussions and team meetings.
Required Qualifications
- BASLP / MASLP from a recognized university.
- Valid RCI License / Registration mandatory.
Skills Required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Child-friendly and patient approach.
- Good clinical observation and therapy planning skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
Experience
- Freshers with valid RCI license may apply.
- Experienced candidates preferred.
