Job Title- Factory Supervisor
Job Location- Malur,Karnataka
Experience -Minimum 1 yr.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day production activities in Factory
- Allocate work to operators and helpers and monitor performance
- Maintain discipline, punctuality, and productivity
- Monitor machine utilization and coordinate with maintenance for breakdowns
- Ensure safety norms and housekeeping standards are followed
- Maintain daily production reports, attendance, and shift records
Eligibility
- Any Graduate/Diploma
- Minimum 1 yr experience in Fcatory work
- Strong supervisory and people management skills
- Good understanding of manufacturing processes
- Ability to handle Factory workforce effectively
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, production reports)
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
