Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Chinese Cook to manage our fast-casual kitchen's Pan-Asian station. You will be responsible for preparing high-quality, consistent Indo-Chinese street food, starters, and snacks according to our established menu.
Key Responsibilities
- Cooking: Prepare a specific menu featuring diverse noodle varieties (Hakka, Schezwan, Chilli Garlic), Honey Chilli Potatoes, Crispy Baby Corn, and an extensive selection of fried, steamed, and crunchy Momos.
- Mise en Place: Handle daily food prep, including vegetable chopping, prep work, and making specialized Chinese sauces.
- Speed & Quality: Deliver dishes quickly during peak hours without compromising on taste, portion control, or presentation.
- Hygiene: Keep the wok station, kitchen tools, and food storage areas spotlessly clean and compliant with food safety standards.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience as a Chinese/Indo-Chinese Cook.
- Master handling the wok, high-flame cooking, and quick knife work.
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
