About MIHO Soju
MIHO is a Korean-inspired Soju brand growing fast in Goa. We are looking for a field sales person who understands the Goa market and can grow sales in retail stores and wholesalers.
Job Role:
- Visit retail stores and wholesalers regularly
- Take orders and increase sales
- Make sure stock is available in stores
- Track stock movement and re-orders
- Maintain shelf visibility and merchandising
- Build strong relationships with shop owners
- Coordinate with distributor sales team
- Find new stores and expand market reach
- Give regular market feedback
Must Have
OR
- Must have lived in Goa for at least 10 years
Experience
- Minimum 2 years experience in Alcobev sales
- 3+ years preferred
- FMCG (beverages) candidates can apply if they have 5+ years field sales
experience in Goa
Other Requirements
- Good communication skills
- Should know the Goa market well
- Should be comfortable with daily field travel
- Must be hardworking and good with retailer relationships
- Immediate joining required
- Basic computer skills i.e. MS Office is a bonus
