Job Requirements
Role Purpose: As part of the Ethics function, you will play a critical role in promoting culture of ethics including conducting investigations. You will be responsible for analyzing and gathering evidence, interviewing witnesses, and preparing detailed reports of investigations into workplace, compliance, financial, and integrity-related matters.
This is a high-intensity individual contributor role requiring strong ownership, field-based execution and the ability to exercise sound judgment in sensitive, fast-evolving situations while staying effective under pressure and ambiguity. Maintaining confidentiality all times is a non-negotiable.
Key Responsibilities:
Investigation Execution Support

Support end-to-end investigations including intake, scoping, planning, interviews, evidence review, and documentation.

Review large volumes of transaction data, email trails, CCTV footage, and other evidence to identify anomalies.

Act as a coordination point during ongoing investigations

Maintain structured case files, prepare investigation reports, evidence logs with proper audit trails
Program Support

Drive and promote culture of ethics and compliance across the Company by contributing toward awareness initiatives and training sessions on Governing policies

Track investigation metrics (case, timelines, outcomes and closure)

Identify patterns, repeat issues, potential control gaps and basic process improvements
Travel Requirement

Role requires ~50% travel, often at very short notice

Involves frequent on-ground fact-finding, including store/field visits and surprise checks where required.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, and interpret large volumes of information with accuracy

Requirement
-
2–4 years of experience in either Investigations or forensic or audit or compliance or risk
-
Fluency in Kannada or Tamil
