1. Classroom Teaching & Curriculum Delivery
- Lesson Planning: Develop and execute age-appropriate, play-based lesson plans aligned with early learning standards.
- Child Development: Foster the holistic (cognitive, emotional, social, and physical) growth of children.
- Classroom Management: Ensure a safe, clean, and stimulating environment, managing daily routines such as circle time, free play, meals, and nap times.
- Student Assessment: Observe and track individual child progress, reporting milestones and behavioral concerns to parents and management.
2. Academic & Staff Coordination
- Curriculum Implementation: Guide other teachers in executing the curriculum and ensure consistency across all preschool sections.
- Team Leadership: Conduct regular team meetings, mentor junior teachers, and arrange professional development training sessions.
- Resource Management: Monitor and request required teaching aids, stationeries, and classroom supplies.
3. Operations & Parent Relations
- Day-to-Day Operations: Oversee center operations, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and licensing standards.
- Parent Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for parent queries, organize parent-teacher meetings, and host open houses.
- Admissions & Marketing: Assist management in school tours, orientation, and converting inquiries into admissions.
Qualifications & Essential Skills
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE), Primary Education, or a related field. Certifications like NTT, MT, ECCED, or B.Ed. are highly preferred.
- Experience: 3-5 years of hands-on teaching experience in pre-primary education, ideally with 1-2 years in a leadership or coordination role.
