We are looking for a proactive and ambitious Accounts Associate to join our professional accounting team and support clients with their day-to-day accounting requirements.
In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and timely financial records, processing accounting transactions, performing reconciliations, supporting month-end activities, assisting with tax compliance and preparing financial information for clients.

Process day-to-day business transactions across areas such as sales, purchases, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll and other client-specific accounting activities.

Handle accounting activities for single or multiple clients, ensuring transactions and records are accurate and up to date.

Perform bank, accounts receivable and accounts payable reconciliations, including payment follow-ups and maintaining appropriate records.

Assist in the preparation of Sales Tax, VAT and other applicable tax returns, while developing an understanding of relevant country-specific requirements.

Prepare month-end schedules and ensure accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll and fixed asset records are complete, accurate and up to date.

Prepare monthly financial briefs covering key financial information such as variances, profitability and notable transactions to support client reporting.

Support Analysts by assisting with data review and analysis and reviewing processed transactions for accuracy and compliance with established processes.

Identify discrepancies or issues in accounting records and assist with their timely resolution.

Participate in process improvement and continuous improvement initiatives and contribute ideas to make existing processes more efficient.

Take part in team meetings, knowledge-sharing sessions and professional development activities.

Manage multiple tasks effectively while maintaining accuracy, timelines and quality of work.
1–2 years of relevant accounting experience.-
Exposure to US, UK, Australian or other international accounting will be an advantage.

Strong understanding of accounting principles and accounting processes.

Good knowledge of reconciliations, AP, AR and month-end accounting activities.

Familiarity with accounting software and the ability to learn new systems and processes.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Good communication and time-management skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and client requirements effectively.
