- Develop and execute hospital marketing strategies to improve brand visibility and patient footfall.
- Identify and build referral networks with doctors, corporates, and institutions.
- Plan and coordinate health camps, outreach programs, and awareness activities.
- Ensure all marketing communications are ethical, accurate, and compliant with NABH 6th Edition standards.
- Avoid misleading advertisements, false claims, and unverified success rates.
- Maintain proper documentation of all marketing activities for audit purposes.
- Coordinate with Quality/NABH team for compliance, audits, and reporting.
- Manage digital marketing platforms including social media and website updates.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and patient expectations.
- Support patient relationship management and address feedback in coordination with relevant departments.
- Collaborate with clinical departments to promote specialty services.
- Assist in organizing CME programs, events, and internal branding initiatives.
- Track and analyze marketing performance and patient inflow data.
- Prepare periodic reports on marketing activities and outcomes for management review.
- Ensure alignment with hospital policies, patient rights, and confidentiality standards.
