Job Title: Territory Sales Executive
Location: Ahmedabad
Salary Budget: Up to 60,000 (As per experience)
Key Responsibility:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the builder and project segment
- Establish strong relationships with builders, developers, contractors, architects, and consultants
- Generate project enquiries and convert them into orders
- Conduct product presentations and technical discussions at project sites
- Coordinate with internal technical and supply chain teams for smooth execution
- Track upcoming residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects
- Negotiate pricing and finalize contracts as per company guidelines
- Ensure timely collections and payment follow-ups
- Monitor competitor activity in project specifications
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Requirements:
- 2-6 years of experience in sales related to project site repainting, maintenance painting, or refurbishment projects.
- Strong network with repainting contractors, applicators, builders, facility management companies, RWAs, and project consultants.
- Experience in generating business from repainting projects for residential, commercial, or industrial buildings.
- Ability to identify repainting opportunities, conduct site visits, provide product recommendations, and coordinate with technical teams.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
