Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer with 2–3 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of web and mobile applications through manual and automation testing.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in testing methodologies, bug tracking, API testing, and automation tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business and technical requirements
- Design, develop, and execute detailed test cases and test scenarios
- Perform Manual, Functional, Regression, Integration, and Smoke Testing
- Identify, document, and track software defects using bug tracking tools
- Conduct API testing using tools like Postman
- Work closely with developers and project managers to resolve issues
- Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and QA discussions
- Ensure software quality before production deployment
- Prepare test reports and maintain QA documentation
- Support automation testing activities and framework maintenance
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC
- Experience in Manual Testing and Automation Testing
- Hands-on experience with Selenium/WebDriver
- Knowledge of API Testing using Postman
- Experience with Bug Tracking Tools like JIRA, Bugzilla, or Trello
- Basic knowledge of SQL/database testing
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and teamwork abilities

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
