Morning Shift only (aligned with Australian business hours)
Fixed shift | No night shifts
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer interactions for the Australia process
Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries
Maintain professional communication standards
Meet quality and performance metrics
Eligibility Criteria:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience in international BPO preferred (Australia/UK process is an advantage)
Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply
Basic computer knowledge required
Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
