Job Title: Principal
Job Summary
The Principal is responsible for providing instructional leadership, managing school operations, fostering a positive learning environment, and ensuring student achievement. The Principal works closely with teachers, staff, students, parents, and the community to support the school's educational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise teaching and administrative staff.
- Develop and implement academic programs and school improvement plans.
- Monitor student performance and promote academic excellence.
- Ensure compliance with educational policies, regulations, and standards.
- Manage school budgets, resources, and facilities.
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and positive school culture.
- Evaluate teacher performance and support professional development.
- Communicate effectively with parents, community members, and educational authorities.
- Address student disciplinary issues and ensure appropriate interventions.
- Oversee school events, activities, and community engagement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or a related field.
- Valid teaching and administrative certification/licensure (as required by the region).
- Several years of teaching and leadership experience.
- Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Knowledge of curriculum development, instructional strategies, and school management.
