Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and creative Team Leader to manage and guide the Fashion Design course. The candidate will be responsible for leading faculty, supporting students, and ensuring high-quality training aligned with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Fashion Design department and faculty team
- Plan, organize, and supervise course delivery and curriculum
- Guide students in design concepts, projects, and portfolio development
- Monitor student progress and provide mentoring and support
- Conduct workshops, seminars, and practical sessions
- Ensure quality standards in teaching and training
- Coordinate with management for course improvements and updates
- Assist in student placements and industry connections
- Handle admissions support and student inquiries if required
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Fashion Design or related field
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in teaching or fashion industry
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Knowledge of current fashion trends and design tools
- Ability to motivate and guide students
Salary:
₹20,000 – ₹35,000 (Based on experience)
Additional Skills (Preferred):
- Knowledge of software like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or CAD
- Experience in fashion shows or exhibitions
- Industry exposure or professional portfolio
