Position: Regulatory Affairs – Compliance & Liaison
Experience: Minimum 3+ years in Compliance & Government Liaison
Qualification: MBA or Equivalent
CTC Range: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month
Location : Kanakapura Road
Key Responsibilities:
Manage new plant & existing plant regulatory changes Handle blueprint preparation, approvals & statutory submissions Liaison with Government departments including:AYUSH Licensing authoritiesFSSAIIndustries DepartmentPollution Control BoardLabour Law authorities Manage labour law compliance, inspections & statutory requirements Handle legal notices, compliance documentation & reporting Maintain compliance systems, policies & procedures Coordinate audits and certifications:AYUSH-GMPSGS-GMPHACCPCSDEcocert & OneCert Maintain audit records, traceability documents & certification updates
Required Skills:
Excellent communication & negotiation skills
Government liaison experience
Strong decision-making & ownership mindset
Compliance management expertise
Analytical & strategic thinking ability
Ability to handle dynamic business situations.
