Position: HR Recruiter
Job Summary:
The Sr. Recruiter is responsible for managing end-to-end hiring and onboarding for all brands under Urban Gourmet India Pvt. Ltd. This role focuses on identifying, attracting, and hiring the right talent across corporate, restaurant, and operational roles while ensuring a smooth and engaging onboarding experience for new employees. The Recruitment Specialist works closely with department heads and management to understand workforce requirements, maintain talent pipelines, and support the companys growth objectives. This position requires strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple hiring needs in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Job Description:
· Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection of candidates for all brands of the company.
· Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements, staffing plans, and timelines.
· Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, walk-ins, and other recruitment channels.
· Conduct initial interviews and coordinate further interview rounds with relevant stakeholders.
· Maintain and manage a strong candidate database for current and future hiring needs.
· Ensure timely closure of open positions while maintaining quality hiring standards.
· Handle offer rollouts, documentation, and negotiation in coordination with management.
· Manage the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring smooth joining and orientation.
· Coordinate induction programs and ensure completion of joining formalities and compliance documents.
· Act as the first point of contact for new hires, addressing queries related to onboarding and company policies.
· Maintain recruitment records, reports, and hiring metrics to track effectiveness and turnaround time.
· Support employer branding initiatives to position the company as a preferred workplace.
· Ensure adherence to company HR policies and hiring guidelines throughout the recruitment process.
Job Specification:
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with candidates and internal stakeholders.
· Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
· Good organizational and time-management skills.
· Understanding of recruitment processes, interview techniques, and onboarding practices.
· Familiarity with job portals, social media hiring, and basic HR documentation.
· Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
· Prior experience in recruitment or HR (hospitality experience preferred).
· Having a Degree or equivalent would be a plus
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
