1. Senior Skin Aesthetic Consultant – Procedure Performing and Consultation
(MDS / MBBS – Advanced Clinical Role)
Role Summary
Senior clinical person responsible for consultation + execution of advanced aesthetic procedures,
regenerative treatments, and pre/post-surgical skin optimization under the supervision and collaboration with
Dr. Nidhi Bhatia.
Core Responsibilities
A. Consultation & Clinical Planning
- Advanced skin & facial aesthetic consultations
- Customized regenerative & medical skincare treatment plans
- Structured prescription writing to increase ethical retail conversion
- Monitor patient compliance & repeat purchase cycles
- Build long-term skin maintenance plans (monthly / quarterly retail programs)
B. Procedure Authority (Performing Role)
- PRP, PDRN & Mesotherapy
- HIFU & energy-based tightening procedures
- CO₂ Fractional Laser resurfacing
- MNRF procedures
- Morpheus-8 & Forma treatments
- Skin tag & mole removal (minor procedures)
- IV therapy including NAD drips & medical infusion protocols
C. Medical & Emergency Oversight
- Emergency drug administration knowledge & crash protocol readiness
- Patient monitoring & adverse reaction management
- Clinical SOP adherence & infection controlD. Leadership Responsibilities
- Supervision of junior consultants & therapists
- Clinical case discussions with surgical team
- Handling complex patient complaints & escalations
- Maintaining luxury service & clinical excellence standards
Eligibility
- MDS / MBBS with valid registration
- Certified training in Skin Aesthetics / Clinical Cosmetology
- Strong facial anatomy & regenerative aesthetic knowledge
- Experience in surgical / aesthetic / dermatology clinics only
- Minimum 3 Years experience with proven records in aesthetic, dermatology, or surgical aesthetic clinic
environments.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹133,001.67 per month
