About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-Commerce Executive to manage our online marketplace operations. The candidate should have hands-on experience in product listing, catalog management, order processing, inventory management, and marketplace operations, especially on AJIO and Myntra.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of e-commerce marketplaces.
- Create and manage product listings on AJIO, Myntra, Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho and other marketplaces.
- Upload product details including titles, descriptions, images, sizes, prices, SKUs, attributes and inventory.
- Ensure products are properly listed, active and visible on AJIO and Myntra.
- Coordinate for new product listings and ensure timely catalog updates.
- Monitor orders, inventory, cancellations, returns and product availability.
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for smooth order processing and dispatch.
- Update and maintain product catalogs, pricing and stock across marketplaces.
- Monitor marketplace performance and identify opportunities to improve sales.
- Handle marketplace-related issues, listing errors and catalog corrections.
- Track competitor pricing, promotions and market trends.
- Prepare regular sales and marketplace performance reports.
- Ensure marketplace guidelines and company standards are followed.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in E-Commerce / Marketplace Operations.
- Hands-on experience with AJIO and Myntra listing is preferred/required.
- Experience with Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho or other marketplaces will be an advantage.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple marketplace tasks efficiently.
