To be successful as a Java Full Stack Developer, you should have experience with:
- Strong hands-on experience with Java 17/21 and the Spring ecosystem (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security) in building scalable production applications.
- Advanced front-end development experience using React and/or Angular with excellent JavaScript skills.
- Proven ability to design and implement robust RESTful APIs/services.
- Strong experience with Maven/Gradle and modern software development lifecycle practices.
- Strong testing expertise across multiple layers:
- Unit testing (JUnit / Mockito).
- Mutation testing (PiTest / Stryker).
- Component/integration testing (Karate / WireMock / React Testing Library) .
- Strong database experience with SQL Server / Oracle, including writing efficient queries and understanding data models.
- Experience with observability, logging, and monitoring tools (Elastic / Kibana) for troubleshooting and production support.
