Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented E-Commerce Executive with hands-on experience managing Amazon, Flipkart, and Blinkit. The candidate will be responsible for independently handling day-to-day e-commerce operations, ensuring accurate product listings, inventory management, order processing, pricing, and overall marketplace performance.
Key Responsibilities
Independently manage and operate Amazon, Flipkart, and Blinkit seller/vendor portals.
Create, update, and maintain accurate product listings, including titles, descriptions, images, attributes, keywords, and pricing.
Monitor and manage inventory levels and ensure stock availability across marketplaces.
Handle daily order processing, order tracking, cancellations, returns, and refunds.
Manage product pricing, discounts, offers, and promotions as required.
Monitor marketplace dashboards and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Coordinate with internal teams for inventory, dispatch, packaging, and order fulfilment.
Identify and resolve issues related to listings, orders, inventory, payments, and marketplace operations.
Monitor product visibility, sales, ratings, reviews, and overall marketplace performance.
Prepare and maintain regular sales, inventory, order, and performance reports.
Ensure product information and marketplace data remain accurate and updated.
Coordinate with marketplace support teams whenever required.
Stay updated with marketplace policies, operational processes, and new features.
Identify opportunities to improve sales, product visibility, and overall e-commerce performance.
Required Skills
Hands-on experience with Amazon, Flipkart, and Blinkit.
Strong understanding of e-commerce marketplace operations.
Experience in product listing and catalogue management.
Good knowledge of inventory and order management.
Understanding of pricing, offers, promotions, returns, and cancellations.
Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to independently manage marketplace portals.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work with minimal supervision and meet deadlines.
Preferred Candidate Profile
1–3 years of relevant experience in e-commerce operations.
Candidates with direct experience handling Amazon, Flipkart, and Blinkit will be preferred.
Should be comfortable taking end-to-end ownership of marketplace operations.
Should have a proactive approach and strong attention to detail.
Salary
₹25,000–₹30,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.
