We are looking for a highly motivated Product Owner 3-4 years who can drive product delivery end-to-end from understanding business requirements to defining product features, coordinating execution, and ensuring successful releases.
This role requires strong product thinking, business understanding, stakeholder management, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the complete product lifecycle from requirement gathering to delivery.
- Translate business problems into clear product requirements and user journeys.
- Create and maintain Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), feature specifications, acceptance criteria, and related documentation.
- Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, QA, Leadership, and Business teams.
- Drive execution and ensure timely delivery of product initiatives.
- Identify edge cases, dependencies, workflow improvements, and scalability considerations.
- Participate in product design discussions and contribute to enhancing user experience.
- Support product decisions for AI-enabled healthcare solutions.
Required Skills & Experience
- 3–4 years of experience as a Product Owner, Associate Product Manager, or Product Manager.
- Strong understanding of product management fundamentals and agile delivery.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage ambiguity and bring structure to complex problems.
- Strong stakeholder management and ownership mindset.
- Ability to challenge requirements and think beyond obvious use cases.
