We are seeking a motivated and result-oriented Telecaller with 1–2 years of experience to manage inbound and outbound calls, generate leads, follow up with potential customers, and contribute to achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills in English and Hindi, strong customer relationship management abilities, and a target-driven approach. Experience in the EdTech or IT industry will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
- Generate and qualify leads through telecalling activities.
- Follow up with prospective customers and maintain regular communication.
- Explain products and services and address customer queries effectively.
- Achieve assigned calling, lead generation, and sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Update customer information in CRM systems and prepare call reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely customer support and issue resolution.
Qualifications & Skills
- 1–2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer support.
- Fluent in English and Hindi with strong verbal communication skills.
- Good interpersonal, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Graduation in any discipline is mandatory.
- Basic computer knowledge; CRM experience preferred.
- Experience in the EdTech or IT industry is an added advantage.
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Palayam, Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
