- Footage Organization: Review, sort, and select the best raw video and audio files from shoots.
- Assembly and Cutting: Trim segment lengths, reorder clips, and create rough and final cuts.
- Audio and Visual Enhancement: Synchronize dialogue, add sound effects, choose background music, and perform color correction.
- Graphics and Effects: Insert titles, lower thirds, transitions, and basic motion graphics.
- Collaboration: Meet with directors, producers, or marketing teams to incorporate feedback and ensure brand consistency
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Software Proficiency: Strong experience with industry-standard tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
- Technical Knowledge: Understanding of multi-track audio adjustment, video resolutions, frame rates, and export formats.
- Storytelling & Pacing: Ability to build a clear narrative flow and control the rhythm of a scene.
- Time Management: Capacity to handle strict deadlines and manage multiple revision cycles efficiently
