We at Shree Bajrang Techno Engineers Pvt. Ltd. are searching for a multitasking and dynamic personality for the position of office admin at our AAC block manufacturing unit at Gerwani, Raigarh (CG). The candidate who can stay at company-provided accommodation at the plant will be preferred with the following knowledge:
1. Administrative Operations
- Manage day-to-day office activities and ensure smooth functioning of administrative processes.
- Maintain office records, files, and documentation in an organized manner.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
2. Coordination & Communication
- Act as a link between plant operations, management, accounts, and external vendors.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and internal communications.
- Support management in daily operational requirements.
3. Documentation & Record Keeping
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave data.
- Prepare and manage reports, letters, and official documents.
- Ensure proper filing of invoices, purchase orders, and other records.
4. Inventory & Office Supplies Management
- Monitor and maintain office supplies and stationery.
- Raise purchase requisitions and coordinate with the procurement/store team.
5. Billing & Accounts Support
- Assist the accounts team in invoice preparation, data entry, and documentation.
- Maintain records of expenses and petty cash (if required).
- Coordinate with vendors for billing and payment follow-ups.
6. HR & Employee Support
- Assist in recruitment coordination (scheduling interviews, documentation).
- Maintain employee attendance and payroll inputs.
- Handle basic employee queries and administrative support.
7. Compliance & Reporting
- Ensure all administrative records are maintained as per company policies.
- Support in audits and compliance-related documentation.
8. Visitor & Facility Management
- Manage visitor entries and maintain visitor logs.
- Ensure cleanliness and proper maintenance of office premises.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and security staff.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline (B.Com / BBA preferred).
- 2–5 years of experience in administrative roles (manufacturing setup preferred).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, and email handling).
- Good communication and organizational skills.
Preferred Skills
- Basic knowledge of accounts and HR processes.
- Experience in ERP or office management software.
- Ability to multitask and handle pressure.
Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
