Are you a skilled and passionate architect with 1 to 4 years of relevant work experience in BIM? INTEGRATED DESIGN STUDIO is expanding its creative team and is on the lookout for high-caliber talents to join our growing team. As a BIM Architect, you will work closely with other architects on medium- to large-scale residential projects.
Requirements and Responsibilities:
- Experience/ knowledge in Revit Architecture / BIM system is a must.
- Expert knowledge of architectural principles/practices and technical.
- Excellent communication, a team player, self-motivated, energetic and a self-starter with attention to detail.
- Coordinating with architects and documenting construction drawings for Medium to Large scale residential projects in Revit Architecture.
- Review Revit models to ensure accuracy; Lead and perform clash detection processes for MEPF systems using industry-standard BIM software
- Conduct thorough analysis and review of all project documents, including drawings, specifications, and 3D models.
- Create detailed clash detection reports and coordinate with project teams to ensure proper resolution.
- Assist in BIM model quality control and ensure that models meet required standards and guidelines.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of BIM processes and workflows.
- Software skills: REVIT, BIM 360, Navisworks (experience in Revit family creation is a must)
