Job Summary:
The F&B Service Captain is responsible for supervising daily restaurant operations, ensuring excellent guest service, and leading the service team. The role includes coordinating staff, maintaining service standards, handling guest concerns, and supporting smooth restaurant operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the service team during shifts.
- Ensure prompt, courteous, and professional guest service.
- Train and guide service staff on SOPs and service standards.
- Monitor table service, cleanliness, and restaurant presentation.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints efficiently.
- Coordinate with the kitchen to ensure timely food and beverage delivery.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures, inventory checks, and daily reporting.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and company policies.
Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
