Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Pharma Field Sales Executive to promote and sell pharmaceutical products to doctors, medical stores, clinics, and hospitals. The candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, maintaining strong customer relationships, and expanding the company’s market presence.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Promote pharmaceutical products to doctors, chemists, hospitals, and healthcare professionals.
- Generate prescriptions and increase product awareness in the assigned territory.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets assigned by the company.
- Conduct regular field visits and market surveys.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and distributors.
- Ensure timely reporting of daily sales activities and market feedback.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
- Coordinate with distributors and stockists for product availability.
- Organize promotional activities, doctor meetings, and product presentations.
- Maintain proper records of visits, sales reports, and customer data.
Required Skills:

- Good knowledge of pharmaceutical products and market practices.
- Sales and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- Strong field coordination and reporting skills.
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. Preference will be given to candidates with Pharma/Science background.
Experience:
- 0–1 years of experience in pharmaceutical field sales preferred.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
