Job Overview
We are looking for a dedicated and student focused Academic Counsellor to join our team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about guiding students toward their higher education goals while working in a target-driven environment. Candidates with prior experience in academic counselling or study abroad consultancy will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students regarding higher education opportunities in the UK, Germany, Canada, Australia, USA, Ireland, and other study destinations.
- Assess students' academic backgrounds and career goals to recommend suitable courses and universities.
- Guide students through admissions, application procedures, documentation, and visa requirements.
- Build strong relationships with students and parents by providing personalized counselling.
- Follow up with prospective students through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and in-person meetings.
- Convert student inquiries into successful enrollments by achieving monthly sales targets.
- Stay updated on university admissions, scholarship opportunities, and country-specific requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth admission process.
- Maintain accurate student records and follow-ups using the CRM system.
- Deliver excellent student support throughout the admission journey.
Requirements
- Experience in academic counselling, education counselling, or study abroad consultancy is preferred.
- Excellent communication, counselling, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales aptitude and ability to work in a target-based environment.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
- Ability to handle multiple student queries efficiently.

Experience Preferred: Candidates with prior experience in academic counselling or study abroad consultancy will be given preference. Freshers with excellent communication and counselling skills may also apply.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
