RoleObjective Manage store operations including kitting, inventory control, rack organization, and inbound/outbound tracking while ensuring stock accuracy and cross-functional coordination.
Key Responsibilities
● Perform kitting as per production requirements.
● Maintain store organization and rack discipline.
● Track inbound and outbound material movement.
● Maintain accurate stock records in Tally and Excel.
● Conduct periodic stock audits and reconciliation.
● Monitor stock levels and identify stock-out risks.
● Escalate material shortages proactively.
● Coordinate with Production, Procurement, Quality, and Finance.
● Ensure FIFO/FEFO compliance where applicable.
● Prepare and maintain Excel-based MIS and analysis reports.
● Support GRN, material issue, and dispatch documentation.
● Ensure proper labeling and bin location control.
● Improve store process efficiency and material flow.
● Maintain 5S standards in the store area.
