- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure DevOps.
- Good To Have Skills: Kubernetes.
- Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines within cloud environments.
- Strong understanding of version control systems and collaborative development workflows.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to build and release management.
- Familiarity with infrastructure as code and automation tools to support scalable software delivery.
