We are looking for a motivated HR Recruiter to join our team in Indore. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment and candidate sourcing.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle recruitment for Permanent and C2C positions
* Source candidates through job portals and other channels
* Screen profiles and schedule interviews
* Coordinate with candidates throughout the hiring process
* Negotiate salaries and manage offer rollouts
* Maintain recruitment reports and Excel trackers
Required Skills:
* 6 months to 3 year of recruitment experience
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Knowledge of MS Excel
* Experience using job portals such as Naukri and LinkedIn
* Strong sourcing and negotiation skills
Location: Nrk Bizz, Behind C21 Mall, Indore
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
