Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accounts & Procurement Executive to manage day-to-day accounting activities, purchase coordination, supplier communication, inventory-related documentation, and office administration. The ideal candidate should have good accounting knowledge, strong organizational skills, and the ability to coordinate with suppliers and internal teams.
Key ResponsibilitiesAccounts
- Prepare sales invoices, purchase entries, and payment vouchers.
- Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Follow up with customers for outstanding payments.
- Process supplier payments and maintain payment records.
- Reconcile bank statements and maintain accurate financial records.
- Assist with GST-related documentation and support the Chartered Accountant during monthly and annual filings.
- Maintain petty cash and expense records.
Procurement
- Raise purchase orders (POs) based on requirements.
- Coordinate with suppliers for quotations, order placement, and delivery schedules.
- Compare supplier quotations and negotiate prices where applicable.
- Track purchase orders until material receipt.
- Maintain supplier database and procurement records.
- Coordinate with the store and service teams to ensure material availability.
Documentation & Administration
- Maintain purchase files, invoices, delivery challans, and stock-related documents.
- Coordinate with transporters and courier services for dispatch and material receipt.
- Prepare reports using Microsoft Excel.
- Support management with administrative tasks and documentation.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Accounts and Procurement (manufacturing experience preferred).
- Good knowledge of vyaper.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Basic understanding of GST and accounting principles.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a manufacturing or engineering company.
- Knowledge of inventory and purchase processes.
- Familiarity with ERP software is an added advantage.
Salary
₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month (Based on experience and skills)
Working Hours
- Monday to Saturday
- 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
