# Associate Dentist – Clinical & Practice Management
**WhiteStar Dental Clinic** is looking for a motivated and patient-focused **Associate Dentist** to join our growing dental practice, predominantly for a non clinical Role.
We are looking for a dentist with **at least 1 year of experience** who is confident with patients, has good clinical judgment, and is interested in taking an active role in **treatment planning and day-to-day practice management**.
Key Responsibilities:
1) Explain Treatment plans and options to the patients
2)Counsel patients and assist them with treatment acceptance
3) Follow up on Pending treatments
4) Maintain patient records and follow up systems
5) Support patient retention and recall as well manage clinic operations
Key requirements of the candidate:
1) BDS with upto 1 year of experience
2) Excellent interpersonal communication skills
3) Should be willing to participate in social media campaigns and dental camps
