Required Technical Skills
Candidates should have knowledge of one or more of the following technologies:
Programming & Development
- Java (Core & Advanced)
- Python
- HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- Full Stack Development
- Android App Development
- Kotlin Basics
- Android Studio
- Mobile Application Development Fundamentals
Frameworks (Preferred)
- Spring Framework
- Django
- React.js
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct classroom and practical training sessions for students and freshers.
- Explain technical concepts through real-world examples and hands-on exercises.
- Assist learners during lab sessions, assignments, and project work.
- Prepare training materials, presentations, and practice exercises.
- Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Resolve technical and career-related queries.
- Encourage an interactive and positive learning environment.
Eligibility Criteria
- MCA, BCA, MSc IT, MSc CS, B.Tech, BE, or any related degree.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Good understanding of programming and IT concepts.
- Passion for teaching, mentoring, and knowledge sharing.
- Prior training or teaching experience will be an added advantage.
