Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support the Managing Director of a leading Real Estate organization based in Thane. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling communication, supporting strategic activities, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the MD's office.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the Managing Director’s calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Coordinate internal and external meetings and prepare meeting agendas and MOM (Minutes of Meeting).
Handle confidential correspondence, emails, documents, and communication on behalf of the MD.
Act as a bridge between the MD and internal departments, clients, investors, and stakeholders.
Follow up on business activities, projects, deadlines, and action items.
Prepare reports, presentations, MIS, and business documents.
Support in client meetings, project discussions, and strategic initiatives.
Maintain records and ensure proper documentation management.
Assist in planning and execution of business events and official activities.
Handle ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Managing Director.
Candidate Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
4–8 years of experience as an Executive Assistant/Personal Assistant to senior management, preferably in Real Estate.
Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and work in a fast-paced environment.
Professional personality with strong coordination and follow-up skills.

Experience in Real Estate operations and documentation.
Strong stakeholder management and scheduling capabilities.
