Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to design intuitive, engaging, and user-friendly digital experiences. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in design tools like Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator, along with the ability to create visually appealing interfaces and compelling video content. You will work closely with product, development, and marketing teams to deliver high-quality designs and user experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and understand user requirements and business needs
- Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes
- Design responsive web and mobile interfaces
- Maintain design systems and ensure UI consistency across products
- Conduct usability testing and improve overall user experience
- Collaborate with product managers and developers for design implementation
- Deliver developer-ready assets and detailed design specifications
- Prepare documentation for wireframes and design systems
- Edit product demos, explainer videos, and marketing content
- Create app walkthrough videos and UI animations
- Produce social media videos (Reels, Shorts, Ads)
- Add transitions, effects, captions, and background music
- Optimize video content for web, mobile, and social platforms
Required Skills
- Strong proficiency in Figma
- Experience with Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator
- Familiarity with Canva for quick design and marketing creatives
- Good understanding of UX principles, user research, and usability
- Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
- Knowledge of responsive design and mobile-first approach
- Basic video editing skills (transitions, effects, audio sync)
- Strong attention to detail and design consistency
Nice to Have:
- Experience with UI animation tools (After Effects, Lottie, etc.)
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS basics
- Experience working in SaaS or product-based environments
- Familiarity with design handoff tools and processes
- Exposure to branding and marketing creatives
