Job Summary
We are seeking a highly dynamic, energetic, and result-oriented General Manager to lead our organization’s operations, business development, customer engagement, and team performance. The ideal candidate should be a natural leader with strong communication skills, a passion for hospitality/events/business growth, and a good understanding of social media trends and digital marketing. The role requires someone who can inspire teams, build relationships, drive revenue, and represent the organization both online and offline.
Key ResponsibilitiesLeadership & Management
- Provide strategic leadership and direction to all departments.
- Mentor, guide, and motivate management and operational teams.
- Establish performance goals and ensure accountability.
- Foster a positive, high-performance work culture.
Business Development
- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships.
- Drive sales, revenue growth, and customer acquisition initiatives.
- Develop relationships with corporate clients, event planners, wedding planners, influencers, and community leaders.
- Represent the organization at industry events, networking functions, and trade shows.
Operations Management
- Oversee daily business operations and ensure service excellence.
- Monitor budgets, expenses, and profitability.
- Implement systems and processes that improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
Marketing & Social Media
- Act as a brand ambassador across digital and traditional platforms.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create engaging content.
- Be comfortable appearing in videos, interviews, and promotional campaigns.
- Monitor social media trends and identify opportunities for brand visibility.
- Build relationships with influencers, content creators, and media partners.
Customer Experience
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards.
- Handle key client relationships and high-value customer interactions.
- Resolve escalated customer concerns professionally and effectively.
- Maintain strong guest and stakeholder satisfaction levels.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or related field.
- MBA preferred.
- 3–5 years of leadership experience.
Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹97,000.26 per month
