About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Real Estate Sales Manager with a proven track record in premium residential sales. The ideal candidate should possess exceptional sales and negotiation skills, excellent spoken and written English, and the ability to build strong relationships with high-net-worth clients while closing high-value property deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate, qualify, and manage inbound as well as outbound sales leads.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable premium residential properties.
- Schedule and conduct professional site visits for prospective buyers.
- Deliver compelling project presentations and communicate project value effectively.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients throughout the sales cycle.
- Maintain accurate sales records, CRM updates, and timely follow-ups.
- Consistently achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience from inquiry to closure.
Candidate Requirements
- 2– 5 years of experience in Real Estate Sales, Luxury Sales, or High-Ticket Sales.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing premium residential deals.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship management abilities.
- Professional, confident, and presentable personality.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
- Candidates from Delhi NCR will be preferred.
- Immediate joiners or candidates serving a notice period of up to 15 days will be preferred.
