About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Talent Acquisition / HR Intern to support our recruitment and HR operations. The intern will assist in sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, maintaining employee records, and supporting daily HR activities. This role is ideal for someone who wants to build a career in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and internal databases
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
- Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview status and documentation
- Maintain recruitment trackers and HR databases
- Support onboarding and joining formalities for new employees
- Post job openings on recruitment portals and social platforms
- Assist in employee engagement activities and HR operations
- Handle basic HR documentation and reporting
Requirements
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes
- Familiarity with MS Excel, Word, and job portals is preferred
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
