Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and internet connectivity.
- Configure and manage network devices such as routers, switches, firewalls, and access points.
- Monitor network performance and ensure maximum uptime.
- Manage Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and File Servers.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT peripherals.
- Provide technical support to users for hardware, software, network, and email-related issues.
- Manage Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and user accounts.
- Configure and monitor firewall security, antivirus solutions, and endpoint protection.
- Perform regular system backups and disaster recovery activities.
- Coordinate with internet service providers and IT vendors for issue resolution.
- Maintain network documentation, IT asset records, and software licenses.
- Monitor CCTV, biometric attendance systems, IP phones, and other network-connected devices.
- Ensure data security, user access control, and compliance with company IT policies.
- Support ERP/SAP applications and troubleshoot network-related issues impacting business operations.
- Plan and implement IT infrastructure upgrades and preventive maintenance activities.
