Key Responsibilities:Recruitment & Staffing
- Handle end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and consultants.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with department heads.
- Prepare offer letters and appointment letters.
Employee Onboarding & Offboarding
- Conduct employee induction and orientation programs.
- Collect and maintain employee documents.
- Manage joining formalities and employee records.
- Handle resignation, exit interviews, and full & final settlements.
Attendance & Payroll
- Monitor employee attendance and leave records.
- Coordinate monthly payroll inputs.
- Verify attendance, overtime, incentives, and deductions.
- Maintain employee attendance reports and HR MIS reports.
Employee Relations
- Address employee grievances and workplace concerns.
- Support employee engagement activities and welfare programs.
- Maintain positive employee relations and workplace discipline.
HR Administration
- Maintain employee personal files and HR databases.
- Prepare HR letters, certificates, and documentation.
- Update organizational policies and employee records.
- Manage ID cards, uniforms, and employee assets.
Compliance & Statutory Requirements
- Assist in compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Maintain PF, ESI, and other statutory records.
- Support audits and compliance documentation.
Performance Management
- Coordinate employee performance appraisal processes.
- Track employee probation and confirmation reviews.
- Assist managers in performance improvement initiatives.
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of HR processes and labor laws.
- Recruitment and interviewing skills.
- Payroll and attendance management knowledge.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) proficiency.
- HRMS software knowledge is an added advantage.
Qualification:
- MBA (HR) / MSW (HRM) / Any Graduate with HR specialization.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
