Job Summary
The Sales Executive – Export & Import is responsible for generating new business and managing customer relationships for domestic and international logistics services. The role focuses on selling export and import solutions, coordinating with operations, and ensuring customer satisfaction while achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business for export and import logistics services (air, sea, and road freight).
- Identify potential customers through lead generation, cold calls, meetings, and follow-ups.
- Prepare and negotiate quotations, freight rates, and service agreements.
- Maintain strong relationships with exporters, importers, CHAs, and overseas agents.
- Coordinate with operations and documentation teams for smooth shipment execution.
- Provide shipment updates and resolve customer queries or issues.
- Maintain sales records, customer data, and prepare sales reports.
- Support timely payment follow-ups and collections.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue goals.
Required Skills & Knowledge
- Basic to good knowledge of export-import logistics and Incoterms.
- Understanding of freight forwarding and customs clearance processes.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, email communication, and CRM tools.
Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Logistics / Business preferred).
- 1-2 years of experience in logistics sales.
- Proficient in Tamil, Malayalam and English.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
