Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers through live chat and handle multiple conversations professionally.
- Understand client requirements, products, and services through company-provided training.
- Follow chat processes, scripts, and communication guidelines effectively.
- Submit accurate leads and conversation details within the required timelines.
- Coordinate with internal teams and direct chats to the appropriate client channels.
- Maintain professionalism, accuracy, and quality in all customer interactions.
