Key Responsibilities
1. Manage end-to-end recruitment for PAN India.
2. Source, screen, schedule, and coordinate interviews until successful onboarding.
3. Handle complete employee lifecycle management, including joining formalities, documentation, confirmation, resignation, Full & Final (F&F) settlement, and exit process.
4. Monitor employee discipline and conduct workplace sanitization/investigations in case of employee misconduct, ensuring compliance with company policies.
5. Prepare and maintain monthly attendance records, salary sheets, and payroll-related data.
6. Coordinate office setup activities and follow up on administrative requirements.
7. Perform routine HR and administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.
8. Maintain employee records and HR documentation accurately.
9. Provide employee-related reports and data to management as and when required.
10. Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning and hiring requirements.
11. Ensure compliance with company HR policies and statutory documentation.
12. Maintain confidentiality of employee information and organizational records.
13. Assist management in other HR and administrative responsibilities as assigned
