Job Role: Team Lead - QA

Shift Timings: 2:00 PM-11:00 PM IST/3:00 PM IST to 12 AM IST
We are seeking a QA Team Lead with 8+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, including at least 2 3 years in a leadership role. The ideal candidate will combine strong people management skills with hands-on QA expertise and customer-facing tool experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor QA engineers, driving performance and growth.
- Define and execute test strategies (manual & automated).
- Work directly with customer tools to validate product quality.
- Manage performance improvement programs, attrition, and talent retention.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality releases.
Requirements
- 8+ years of QA experience, with proven leadership track record.
- Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, automation frameworks, and customer-facing tools.
- Excellent communication, adaptability, and people management skills.
