Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Motor Insurance Executive to handle motor insurance sales, renewals, policy issuance, and customer support. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic knowledge of motor insurance products, and the ability to maintain strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads and sell motor insurance policies.
- Handle policy renewals and follow up with existing customers.
- Explain insurance plans, coverage, premiums, and claim procedures to customers.
- Prepare quotations and assist customers in selecting suitable insurance plans.
- Coordinate with insurance companies for policy issuance and endorsements.
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
- Resolve customer queries related to motor insurance policies.
- Achieve monthly sales and renewal targets.
- Follow up on pending payments and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company and IRDAI guidelines.
