About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive (BDE) to expand our market presence in the assigned territory. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating business opportunities through architects, builders, contractors, and other key stakeholders, while managing the sales process from lead generation to order closure.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business leads by developing relationships with architects, builders, developers, and contractors in the assigned territory.
- Conduct regular field visits to construction sites, architectural firms, and builder offices to identify new business opportunities.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable aluminium system windows and doors solutions.
- Visit project sites to take accurate measurements required for preparing quotations.
- Coordinate with the estimation and design teams to ensure timely preparation and submission of quotations.
- Follow up consistently with customers on submitted quotations and negotiate to convert opportunities into confirmed orders.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned by the management.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Keep track of market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming construction projects.
- Update daily sales activities, customer interactions, and project status in the company's CRM or reporting system.
- Coordinate with the operations and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution after order confirmation.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in sales or business development. Experience in the building materials, aluminium systems, uPVC windows, glass, interiors, or construction industry is preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- Fast learner with the ability to quickly understand technical products and customer requirements.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Basic knowledge of measurement techniques and the ability to accurately take site dimensions.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is an added advantage.
- Valid two-wheeler driving license and willingness to travel for client visits.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
