What You'll Be DoingExecutive Support
You'll work closely with the Founder, managing schedules, travel plans, appointments, and day-to-day priorities—ensuring every day runs effortlessly.
Capture the Brand Story
You'll be responsible for creating beautiful behind-the-scenes content that showcases the artistry, emotion, and luxury of the Kohl Eyes by Jo experience.
From intimate bridal moments to destination weddings, you'll create content that inspires thousands.
Social Media Management
You'll manage our Instagram presence through:
- Reels
- Stories
- BTS Content
- Shoot Highlights
- Trend-driven Content
- Content Planning & Scheduling
Client Experience
You'll be the first point of contact for many of our brides.
Your role is to make every client feel heard, understood, and cared for while ensuring smooth communication with the Founder.
Vendor & Event Coordination
Collaborate with photographers, planners, venues, stylists, and other creative professionals to ensure flawless execution.
Travel with the Brand
From destination weddings to luxury bridal shoots, you'll travel alongside the Founder, capturing moments and providing on-ground support.

We're Looking For Someone Who...
✔ Speaks English, Punjabi, and Hindi fluently.
✔ Has a natural eye for photography, videos, aesthetics, and storytelling.
✔ Can confidently shoot and edit Instagram Reels and behind-the-scenes content.
✔ Understands social media trends and knows how to create engaging digital content.
✔ Is exceptionally organized and loves planning, coordinating, and multitasking.
✔ Is warm, professional, and genuinely enjoys working with people.
✔ Is proactive—you don't wait to be told what needs doing.
✔ Is comfortable travelling frequently and working flexible hours during wedding season.
Bonus Points If You...
- Have previously worked with luxury, beauty, bridal, fashion, or lifestyle brands.
- Have experience as an Executive Assistant, Brand Executive, Content Creator, or Social Media Manager.
- Are proficient with editing tools such as CapCut, VN, InShot, Canva, or Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Have international exposure through education, work, or travel.
