Job Title: Service Technician
Key Responsibilities:
- Equipment Maintenance:
- Perform regular inspections, servicing, and repairs of machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshooting & Repairs:
Diagnose technical issues, identify faults, and resolve breakdowns efficiently.
Provide guidance and assistance to customers regarding product usage and technical concerns, ensuring high customer satisfaction.Develop and implement improvements in service processes while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.Work closely with cross-functional teams, share knowledge, and coordinate tasks effectively.Willingness to travel across India as required for service assignments.Required Skills:
